Air Fried Brussels sprouts, Curtis Stone.
Crisp and tender air-fried brussels sprouts that are ready in just 20 minutes.
2 lbs brussels sprouts, halved lengthwise
2 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives
Place Air Fry/Steamer Plate inside Frying Basket of Curtis Stone Air Fryer Steamer. Toss brussels sprouts with oil and transfer to plate.
Select Steam Fry mode. Set Steam Timer for 4 minutes; then set Air Fry Timer and Temp to 15 minutes at 400°F.
When Air Fry mode starts, sprouts should be vibrant green. Continue air frying for 15 minutes, tossing occasionally, or until they are golden and crisp.
Add herbs and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
Brussels sprouts can be cut up to 2 days ahead, covered and refrigerated.
