Curtis Stone’s Crispy Air-Fryer Brussels Sprouts

Air Fried Brussels sprouts with herb garnish

Air Fried Brussels sprouts, Curtis Stone.

Crisp and tender air-fried brussels sprouts that are ready in just 20 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs brussels sprouts, halved lengthwise

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 1/2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley

  • 1 1/2 tbsp finely chopped fresh chives

Instructions

  • Place Air Fry/Steamer Plate inside Frying Basket of Curtis Stone Air Fryer Steamer. Toss brussels sprouts with oil and transfer to plate.

  • Select Steam Fry mode. Set Steam Timer for 4 minutes; then set Air Fry Timer and Temp to 15 minutes at 400°F.

  • When Air Fry mode starts, sprouts should be vibrant green. Continue air frying for 15 minutes, tossing occasionally, or until they are golden and crisp.

  • Add herbs and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper and serve.

Make-Ahead Tip

Brussels sprouts can be cut up to 2 days ahead, covered and refrigerated.
