On July 1, serve up this fruity sipper, created just for us by mixologist Steve Benson of Ottawa Cocktails.
2 strawberries
2 tbsp Canadian Club Sherry Cask whisky
2 tbsp cranberry juice
2 tbsp ginger ale
1 tbsp Chambord berry liqueur
1 to 2 drops Angostura bitters
icewine
MUDDLE a fresh strawberry in a highball glass. Fill glass with ice, then pour in whisky, cranberry juice, ginger ale, Chambord and bitters. Top with icewine. Garnish with a strawberry.
