Here's a simple trick to help up your vegetable intake: Drink water! Some drinks can actually increase your hankering for certain foods, according to a recent study in the journal Appetite. When it comes to vegetables, you'll eat more if they're served with water, not a sweetened bevvy.

Bottom line: Stay on track with H20. The researchers found slugging back soda makes it easier to overindulge in salty, calorie-laden foods.
