French fry lovers, rejoice! A new study reveals fried food isn't bad for your heart — as long as you use sunflower or olive oil. Spanish researchers studied over 40,000 people and found that eating foods cooked in those oils isn't linked to heart disease or early death.

Bottom line:
Go ahead and indulge in fried foods. Just prepare them at home with healthy oils.
