One of the biggest mistakes people make when exercising is not properly hydrating. If you’re exercising for an hour or less, drink 90 to 235 mL of water every 15 to 20 minutes. “Runners should drink according to their thirst to avoid getting over-hydrated or dehydrated,” says Rejean Chiasson, head coach of the Toronto Nike+ Run Club. “Down 500 to 700 mL of water before a race and be sure to rehydrate post-run.” Above, some of the cutest water bottles around.
