Yes it 's true; coconut water has the ability to recharge your body after a night of boozing! It’s not only fat-free, super tasty and naturally sweet, but it also loads your body up with essential electrolytes like potassium and sodium.

Coconut water is especially good for dehydration. Since alcohol robs your body of water, replenishing with coconut water is the perfect solution. It's refreshing, revitalizing and energizing. The pure freshness (well as fresh as you can get it in Canada) of this water will enable your mind and body to function optimally.

Coconut water also has many other beneficial properties: - Encourages bowel movements - Boosts immune function - Prevents bacterial and viral infections - Keeps the body cool while maintaining adequate temperature

If you can’t get your hands on fresh coconuts year round, I would recommend Vita Coco Water for a hangover cure. It has no additives and has the ability to hydrate your body naturally.
