1. Draw the line
Go for a sultry summer evening look by playing up your eyes. Start with a black pencil and line all around the eye. Then trace over the upper lash line with an ink liner and extend the line past the outer corner to create the “wing.” Smudge the lower line with a bit of black eyeshadow and finish the look with a couple of coats of mascara. For extra drama, use a kohl pencil on the inside water line.

2. Go for the glow
