Look #1: A varsity twist on a classic LBD Look #1: A varsity twist on a classic LBD

About this look: One of the best pieces a girl can invest in is a classic LBD. Wear it alone with great statement jewelry and you’ll be the belle of any ball. We got bored of the usual pairings so we opted for a chic varsity jacket and a neon handbag that is right on trend for spring.

Trend alert: Neons are big this upcoming season. Whether it’s a neon pink statement necklace or a great neon handbag like the one featured, it will add excitement to any look and keep you looking as bright as the soon-to-be blooming flowers.

Look #2: Sparkle and shine in your LBD Look #2: Sparkle and shine in your LBD

About this look: Take your office look straight to night by throwing on a great sequin blazer like the one featured. Add a sparkling necklace and you're ready for whatever or whomever comes your way.

Trend alert: We can't get enough of the crazy shaped sunglasses that are huge this upcoming season, and neither could host Tracy Moore (as you can see!). This season, ditch the typical frames and pick up a unique pair.

Tyler Franch City Line Feb 2013 Look #3: Be comfy and chic at the office

About this look: What's the best way to make it through the nine-to-five grind? Being comfy and chic of course! We love the look of the boyfriend cardigan draped over the classic blouse and pencil skirt.

Stylist advice: Don’t cheap out when it comes to building the basics of your closet! We all know how boring it can be to buy a pencil skirt and blouse, but these are the items that you should splurge on. You will be thankful when you can wear your staples over and over again and they'll look brand new.

Tyler Franch City Line Feb 2013 Look #4: Add a pop of colour

About this look: We spoke about it before, but we just can't help ourselves. If you can’t already tell, neon is going to be huge this season and we're all about it. When shopping for neon pieces, like the neon yellow blazer featured, opt for expensive-looking fabrics that will complement these daring colours.

Trend alert: Metallics are another big trend for this upcoming season. We love the metallic loafers we featured because they're a great way too add a little drama to any outfit, while keeping things casual.
