Stir into a simmering pot of chicken curry.
Veggie fried rice
Sauté 1 cup with 1 tbsp oil, 1 minced garlic clove and 2 cups day-old cooked rice in a large non-stick pan over
medium-high. Stir often until heated through, about 5 min. Add 1 beaten egg, stirring constantly until rice and veggies are well-coated.
