Brush with oil. Top with shredded cheese and diced tomatoes. Bake at 350F until cheese melts. Sprinkle chopped fresh basil over-top.

Microwave 10 sec. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Tuck into muffin tins to create bowls. Bake at 400F until crispy, 5 min. Fill with lemon curd or ice cream.
