Italian sausage:
Weekend brunch
Scramble 2 eggs. Add sliced cooked sausage, grated cheddar cheese and oregano.
Baked-bean sandwich
Cook and slice diagonally. Stir into hot baked beans. Serve on toasted buns. Top with grated cheese.
