Wednesday: Peri peri chicken pilaf

Ready in: 35 min. Serves: 4 – 6.
Get through the mid-week blahs with a little kick of spice. (Did you know? Peri Peri, also known as piri piri, is a Portuguese or African spice blend made of dried chilis, garlic and citrus peel.) This dish makes enough for a small crowd, so there’s definitely enough left for lunch tomorrow. Get our peri peri chicken pilaf recipe.
