Delicious off the shelf meals in 30 minutes

We've reached into the fridge, freezer and kitchen cupboards to create exciting and enticing meals, all using ingredients you probably already have on hand. Turn ground beef into a fiesta feast with oven-baked Fast-track tacos. A can of soup is the base for a comforting Chili-cheddar soup with bottle jalapeño pepper and grated cheese. Find these and other easy recipes, most of which can be made in about 30 minutes. All recipes are triple-tested in the Chatelaine Test Kitchen.
