New Year's dinner - two ways

Elegant sit-down dinner or casual buffet – get printable recipes for both and toast the New Year in style!
This year, dish up a fabulous New Year's Eve feast that doesn't require so much time in the kitchen you miss the midnight countdown. We've got two simple and delicious make-ahead dinners for six to eight people. Host a sit-down supper featuring carrot-and-pear soup, chèvre & sun-dried tomato chicken, wild rice-and-pecan bake and fresh minted green beans. Or, if a laid-back buffet is more your style, treat guests to festive green-chili guacamole, four-storey fiesta salad, chunky fall chili and mixed greens with maple vinaigrette. Best of all, each menu comes on a printable recipe card for easy reference. Just open, print and keep on hand for the most stress-free New Year's bash you've ever thrown!
