Here's what we suggest you do with leftover mushrooms
leftover ingredients, loose ends, cremini, vegetable, mushroom

Cremini:

Mushroom rice

Sauté 2 minced garlic cloves with 1 cup diced cremini mushrooms in 1 tbsp olive oil. Add 2 cups cooked brown rice, 1/4 cup chicken broth and a pinch of salt. Simmer until liquid evaporates. Drizzle with lemon juice.

Heavenly sandwich
Slice and sauté with fresh thyme. Stuff into a grilled cheese sandwich.
