Smoked cheddar

Here's what we suggest you do with leftover smoked cheddar.

Cheesy grits Boil 3 cups of milk in a medium saucepan. Whisk in 1 cup cornmeal until thickened, 1 min. Remove from heat and whisk in 1 cup grated smoked cheddar. Season with 1/4 tsp salt and fresh pepper. Top with more grated cheddar.

British cheese toasties Top thick slices of crusty bread with grated smoked cheddar. Broil until cheese melts. Drizzle with Worcestershire sauce.
