Here’s what we suggest you do with leftover black beans.

Best bean dip Whirl rinsed and drained black beans with garlic, cilantro, lime juice, chili powder and salt until combined. Serve with tortilla chips.

Spicy rice & beans Saute 1/2 chopped red onion with 1 tbsp canola oil in a medium saucepan until soft. Stir in 1 cup each rinsed and drained black beans and cooked long-grain rice and 1 tsp chipotle pepper powder until warm. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
