Grocery list: Sunday

1 cup of mixed berries
1 cantaloupe
1 large red grapefruit
3 seedless oranges
1 small bunch of seedless red or green grapes
3-5 new potatoes
3 cups (750 mL) of milk
1 cup (250 mL) of 2 per cent or
homogenized milk
2 eggs
Orange juice
1 large baguette
4 beef tenderloin steaks
Coffee or regular tea
Granulated sugar
1/2 tsp (2 mL) of ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp (2 mL) of nutmeg
1 tbsp. (30 mL) maple syrup
Vegetable oil
Dry red wine
3 tbsp (45 mL) of Grand Marnier (optional)
1/2 cup (125 mL) of trail mix
1 jar of roasted red peppers
1 container of roasted red pepper dip

If not prepared on Saturday
1 bag of mixed greens
