Easy way to peel and mince garlic

Irene Ngo demonstrates the simple methods for peeling and mincing a clove of garlic. The trick to quick peeling? Lay your knife down overtop of the garlic clove, parallel to your cutting board, and give it a sharp tap. The garlic will crush slightly, instantly loosening the outer skin for easy disposal.
