Ingredients
Basic recipe 1 package (250 g) Canadian Cream Cheese, softened 2 cups (500 mL) milk 1/4 cup (50 mL) sugar 1 tsp (5 mL) vanilla extract

Preparation
1. In a blender, blend Cream Cheese, milk, sugar and vanilla until smooth. 2. Pour into a frozen pop mould or glasses and insert a stick in the centre of each pop. Freeze for 3 to 4 hours. For easy unmoulding, dip mould or glasses into hot water for 1 minute before pulling out pops by the sticks. 3. Serve as dessert or a healthy snack.
