This week we're cooking up fresh and delicious vegetarian-only meals to celebrate Vegetarian Awareness Week. September is a great time to taste and test out the delicious fall produce Canada has to offer, such as juicy tomatoes, sweet beets and crisp apples. These fruits and vegetables are currently in-season, which means they're not only bursting with wonderful flavours, but also relatively inexpensive. Whether you're eating them straight from the garden or cooked in a recipe, you can be sure that you're using this produce at their peak of perfection.
