Juicy chicken
Pour over chicken tenders and marinate overnight. Coat with bread crumbs and bake.

Light ranch dressing
Stir 2/3 cup with 1/3 cup light mayo and 1 minced garlic clove. Season with salt, pepper and chopped dill.
