1 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp sweet paprika
1/2 tsp chipotle chili pepper powder
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp dried oregano
STIR all ingredients together in a small Mason jar with a tight-fitting lid. Spice will keep well, stored in the pantry, up to 1 month.
