1 tsp vegetable oil
1 small onion
1 tbsp finely grated ginger
2 cups cauliflower florets
2 cups broccoli florets
1/2 cup chicken broth
Chop you onion, then add vegetable oil to a hot large frying pan set over medium. Add onion and ginger. Cook until onion softens, 2 to 3 min. Add cauliflower, broccoli and chicken broth. Cover, stirring occasionally, until cauliflower is fork-tender, 5 to 6 min. Serves 4
