Cherry basil bruschetta

Cherry basil bruschetta

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pitted cherries

  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced fresh basil, or mint

  • 1/4 up snipped fresh chives

  • 2 tsp red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar

  • pinch salt

  • pinch pepper

  • 1 small baguette, thinly sliced and toasted

  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta

Instructions

  • Finely chop cherries and place in a medium bowl. Stir in basil, chives, vinegar, salt and pepper. Spoon over baguette slices, then sprinkle with feta.
