1/4 cup mayonnaise, or sour cream
1 tsp lime juice
1/4 tsp lime zest
1/4 tsp sriracha hot sauce
2-Jan medium jicama, peeled and cut into matchsticks
STIR mayo with lime juice and zest and sriracha in a small bowl. Serve jicama as crudite with sauce.
