Ingredients

  • 500 g brussel sprouts

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1 1/2 cups panko bread crumbs

  • 1/2 cup grated old cheddar

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • 2 tsp brown sugar

  • 1/8 tsp salt

  • 1/3 cup melted butter

Instructions

  • Trim and halve 500 g brussels sprouts. Place in an 8-in. square baking dish and drizzle with 1/4 cup milk.

  • In a bowl, stir 1 1/2 cups panko bread crumbs with 1/2 cup grated old cheddar, 1 tsp dried oregano, 2 tsp brown sugar and 1/8 tsp salt. Stir in 1/3 cup melted butter. Sprinkle mixture evenly over veggies. Cover with foil. Bake at 400F for 8 min. Remove foil. Continue baking until panko is golden and veggies are fork-tender, 15 more min.
