Yes, it all cooks in one pot, and it's sooo good.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups water

  • 450 g linguine pasta

  • 796-mL can diced tomatoes

  • 1 onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup basil leaves, divided

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/4 cup butter

  • 3 tbsp tomato paste

  • 1/2 tsp hot-red-chili-flakes

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1 cup grated parmesan

Instructions

  • COMBINE water with linguine, diced tomatoes, onion, 1/2 cup basil, garlic, butter, tomato paste, chili flakes and salt in a very large frying pan. Boil over medium-high, stirring often until pasta has absorbed most of the liquid, 9 to 10 min.

  • TRANSFER pasta to a platter. Sprinkle with parmesan and remaining basil. Serve immediately.
