1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp lime juice
1/4 tsp hot red-chili flakes
9 slices prosciutto
Honeydew, or cantaloupe
Stir 1/4 cup honey with 2 tbsp lime juice and 1/4 tsp chili flakes in a small bowl.
Using a melon baller, scoop 18 balls from a melon, such as honeydew or cantaloupe. Add melon balls to honey mixture and stir to coat.
Cut 9 slices of prosciutto in half lengthwise. Thread one piece of prosciutto onto skewer, then add a melon ball. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
