  • 1 cup vanilla soy beverage

  • 1 cup frozen or fresh strawberries, raspberries or blueberries

Instructions

  • Whirl vanilla soy beverage in a blender with fruit. Or stir soy beverage with 2 tablespoons (30 mL) frozen cranberry or raspberry juice concentrate.
