Ginger wasabi shrimp cocktail

A new spin on cocktail sauce! Wasabi and ginger wake up the taste buds and add a little extra heat to the summer barbecue.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup ketchup

  • 1/2 tsp wasabi paste

  • 3 tbsp finely chopped pickled ginger

  • 16 cooked jumbo shrimp

Instructions

  • WHISK ketchup with wasabi in a small bowl. Stir in ginger. Serve with shrimp.
