A new spin on cocktail sauce! Wasabi and ginger wake up the taste buds and add a little extra heat to the summer barbecue.
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 tsp wasabi paste
3 tbsp finely chopped pickled ginger
16 cooked jumbo shrimp
WHISK ketchup with wasabi in a small bowl. Stir in ginger. Serve with shrimp.
