1 cup vanilla or regular soy beverage
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup diced pitted prunes, rehydrated if necessary
1 banana, preferably frozen, peeled and sliced
2 ice cubes, crushed
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
