Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt

  • 1 cup vanilla or regular soy beverage

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

  • 1/3 cup diced pitted prunes, rehydrated if necessary

  • 1 banana, preferably frozen, peeled and sliced

  • 2 ice cubes, crushed

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
