Yuzu ponzu is a Japanese soy and citrus sauce. Here, it provides a hit of umami in this ginger-sesame mignonette.—Soo Kim

  • 1/4 cup yuzu ponzu

  • 1 tbsp water

  • 1 green onion, finely chopped

  • 1 tbsp julienned ginger

  • 1 tsp sesame oil
