Ingredients

  • light mayonnaise

  • tortilla

  • cooked bacon strips or prosciutto

  • mesclun greens

  • plum tomatoes, chopped

  • salt and pepper

  • granulated sugar

Instructions

  • Spread light mayonnaise over a tortilla. Cover with slices of prosciutto or cooked bacon strips, a scattering of mesclun greens and chopped plum tomatoes. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and a pinch of granulated sugar, then roll up.
