16 cups mesclun greens
3 oranges, peeled and broken into segments
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup orange juice
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp honey
1/2 cup smoked almonds
Place mesclun greens in a large bowl along with orange segments. Whisk olive oil and orange juice with white wine vinegar, Dijon and honey. Toss with salad and sprinkle with smoked almonds.
