Christmas orange salad

Ingredients

  • 16 cups mesclun greens

  • 3 oranges, peeled and broken into segments

  • 1/3 cup olive oil

  • 1/3 cup orange juice

  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar

  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 1/2 cup smoked almonds

Instructions

  • Place mesclun greens in a large bowl along with orange segments. Whisk olive oil and orange juice with white wine vinegar, Dijon and honey. Toss with salad and sprinkle with smoked almonds.
