Sparkling pomegranate punch

Ingredients

  • 4 cups orange juice

  • 1 cup pomegranate liqueur

  • 2 tbsp orange liqueur

  • 2 tbsp lime juice

  • soda water

  • frozen cranberries, for garnish

  • fresh mint, for garnish

  • orange peel, for garnish

Instructions

  • STIR orange juice with pomegranate liqueur, orange liqueur and lime juice in a large pitcher. Top with soda water. Garnish with frozen cranberries, mint leaves and orange rind.

Garnishing Tip:

Freeze cranberries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Once frozen, transfer to a plastic bag and keep frozen.
