2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
1 tsp honey
2 tbsp freshly grated ginger
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce, or other hot pepper sauce
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
Grease grill, then preheat barbecue to medium-high. In a small bowl, stir soy sauce with lime juice, honey, ginger, garlic and Tabasco sauce. Brush over both sides of chicken, then place chicken on barbecue. Grill, turning and basting frequently with soy sauce mixture, until chicken feels springy, from 10 to 12 minutes.
Serve with sour cream mixed with chives or a cucumber-yogurt dip spooned overtop. Complete dinner with grilled tomato halves and potatoes partially cooked in a microwave, sliced in half, then finished on barbecue.
