  • 500 g ham steak, about 1-in. thick

  • 2 tbsp regular prepared mustard

  • 2 tbsp frozen concentrate orange juice

Instructions

  • Preheat barbecue and oil grill. Trim fat on ham to about 1/4 inch (0.5 cm) thickness. In a small bowl, stir mustard with orange concentrate and honey until blended.

  • Brush steak with mustard-orange mixture. Grill, turning frequently and brushing with sauce, until ham is hot and lightly browned on both sides, from 10 to 12 minutes. Cut steak into portions or thinly slice on the diagonal. Serve right away with corn on the cob and boiled new potatoes.
