1/2 cup rice vinegar
3 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp canola oil
2 tbsp water
1 1/2 tbsp minced ginger
1 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tsp grated white onion, (optional)
2 tsp roasted sesame seeds
WHISK all ingredients in a bowl until combined. Serve immediately over a salad of bibb lettuce, iceberg lettuce, tomato wedges, cucumber slices and radish coins, or refrigerate in a covered container for up to 5 days.
