4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
3 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tsp white-wine vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
fresh pepper
1 large beet, roasted
toasted bread
dill
STIR hard-boiled eggs with mayo, white-wine vinegar and salt. Season generously with fresh pepper.
STIR in roasted beet, peeled and finely chopped.
SPREAD on toasted bread. Sprinkle with dill.
