Chocolate-mandarin mascarpone tartlets.

6 3-inch frozen tart shells
1/2 cup mascarpone
3 tbsp 35% cream
2 tsp granulated sugar
1 tsp orange zest
2 tbsp finely chopped dark chocolate
1/3 cup jarred or canned, and drained mandarin orange segments, about 12
shaved chocolate
Bake tart shells according to package directions. Stir mascarpone with cream and sugar in a medium bowl. Add zest and chocolate until combined. Spoon filling into cool baked tart shells. Arrange mandarin segments on top of mascarpone mixture. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
