Chilled white grape juice, rosé, watermelon and soda make an ultra-refreshing summer sangria.
2 cups white grape juice
750 mL rosé wine
2 cups cubed watermelon
2 pints raspberries
ice, (optional)
soda water, (optional)
POUR grape juice and wine into a large pitcher. Stir in watermelon (and any juices) and raspberries. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to 1 day. Serve over ice, topped with a bit of soda water.
