Watermelon Sangria

Chatelaine Triple Tested

Chilled white grape juice, rosé, watermelon and soda make an ultra-refreshing summer sangria.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups white grape juice

  • 750 mL rosé wine

  • 2 cups cubed watermelon

  • 2 pints raspberries

  • ice, (optional)

  • soda water, (optional)

Instructions

  • POUR grape juice and wine into a large pitcher. Stir in watermelon (and any juices) and raspberries. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to 1 day. Serve over ice, topped with a bit of soda water.
