Ingredients

  • ice

  • 2 tbsp vodka

  • 1 cup grapefruit juice

  • 1 sprig thyme, for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a highball glass with ice.

  • Add 2 tbsp vodka and 1 cup grapefruit juice.

  • Garnish with fresh thyme sprig.

This blush-coloured cocktail gets its sweet-tart flavour from grapefruit. For extra summery freshness, juice half a grapefruit right before serving.

Serving Suggestion: Nutty chèvre grapes
