This fresh citrus cocktail can easily be turned into a mocktail, and pairs great with light snacks.
1/4 cup grapefruit juice
1/4 cup grapefruit sparkling water
2 tbsp sake
grapefruit slices
mint sprigs
1. Combine grapefruit juice and sparkling water in a lowball glass, then add sake. Top with ice and garnish with grapefruit slices and mint sprigs.
Substitute a citrus non-alcoholic spirit, such as Seedlip Orange Grove, for sake.
