Grapefruit Sake Cocktail

This fresh citrus cocktail can easily be turned into a mocktail, and pairs great with light snacks.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup grapefruit juice

  • 1/4 cup grapefruit sparkling water

  • 2 tbsp sake

  • grapefruit slices

  • mint sprigs

Instructions

  • 1. Combine grapefruit juice and sparkling water in a lowball glass, then add sake. Top with ice and garnish with grapefruit slices and mint sprigs.

Mocktail Version

Substitute a citrus non-alcoholic spirit, such as Seedlip Orange Grove, for sake.
