Lighter than juice and way more interesting than sparkling water, agua frescas are next-level refreshers. Here’s a cucumber-lime take on the drink.

Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers

  • 2 cups water

  • 1/2 mint leaves

  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice

  • 1/2 cup agave syrup

  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Peel and very roughly chop cucumbers.

  • Combine cucumbers, water,  mint leaves, lime juice, agave syrup and salt in a high-powered blender. Blend on high for 30 to 35 sec until liquified. Pour into a large pitcher filled with ice, then top with 3 to 4 cups water. Stir to combine.
