Lighter than juice and way more interesting than sparkling water, agua frescas are next-level refreshers. Here’s a watermelon-grapefruit take on the drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 large pineapple

  • 320-g can sweetened condensed coconut milk (preferably Nature’s Charm)

  • 6 cups water

  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice

  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Peel, core and cube pineapple.

  • Combine pineapple with coconut milk, water, lime juice and salt in a high-powered blender. Strain into a pitcher filled with ice. Stir to combine.
