This truly Canadian cocktail originated in Calgary, circa 1969. Get as creative as you want with the garnish, some of our favourites include: celery, limes, olives, pickles or even a shrimp or two.
1 lemon
celery salt
1 1/2 ounces vodka
4 dashes Tabasco sauce
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
Clamato juice
pepper
RUN a lemon wedge around the rim of a tall glass, then turn it upside down onto a plate of celery salt. Fill glass with ice. Add 1 1/2 oz vodka, 4 dashes of Tabasco, 2 dashes of Worcestershire and the remaining juice from the lemon wedge. Top up with Clamato juice and a generous grinding of pepper. Garnish with another lemon wedge.
