Packed with flavour, texture and festive colour, this (mostly) store-bought spread proves that shortcuts can be an indulgent treat to others—and to yourself.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tsp lemon juice

  • 2 tsp chopped chives

  • Scout Canning Atlantic Canadian lobster

Instructions

  • Toast brioche slices and cut each into 9 squares. Stir mayo with lemon juice and chives in a small bowl. Top each brioche square with lemon-mayo and a piece of lobster.
