Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp white vinegar

  • 1 tbsp gochujang

  • 2 tsp sugar

  • 2 thinly sliced mini cucumbers

  • 2 thinly sliced carrots

  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds

  • 1 chopped green onion

Instructions

  • STIR vinegar, gochujang and sugar in a bowl. Stir in cucumbers, carrots, sesame seeds and green onion
