Air Fried Chicken with thyme and parsley on serving platter

Air Fried Chicken, Curtis Stone.

With just five minutes of prep (and five ways to season), this might be one of the easiest roast chicken recipes, ever.

Ingredients

  • 1 5 lb. whole chicken, legs tied together with twine

  • 2 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Place Air Fry/Steam Plate inside Frying Basket of Curtis Stone Air Fryer Steamer.

  • Coat chicken with oil and season generously with salt and pepper; place chicken on plate.

  • Select Air Fry mode and cook chicken at 400°F for 50 minutes, or until skin is crisp and golden and an instant-read thermometer inserted into thickest part of thigh registers 165°F. Transfer chicken to carving board to rest for 10 minutes.

  • Carve chicken and serve.
